Following the closure of other schools in Inyo County, the DVUSD School Board voted to close Death Valley Schools beginning March 18 through Spring Break. School is currently scheduled to reopen on April 13.

WASC Accreditation for DVA

It's official! DVA has maintained full accreditation with Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC) for the next 6-year term. DVA will be required to submit a mid-term progress report, but no interim visits from a WASC Visiting Committee are required.
